    Dear Rosalia,

Teams meeting recordings are saved as a single .mp4 video file, and the audio is included in that file. Teams doesn't create a separate audio-only file. For regular meetings, the recording is saved to the OneDrive of the person who started it. For channel meetings, it's saved to the channel's SharePoint site. You can also open it from the meeting chat.

If you see a .vtt or .docx file, that is the meeting transcript, not the recording.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi Rosalia,

Your recorded meetings in MS Teams are saved as .mp4 file. If you were the one who initiated the meeting recording, your recording should be saved in your Onedrive - My Files - Meetings.

I hope that answers your question.
