Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Hi @Andrew McKinlay,
The organization-name line shown in the webinar email appears to be information that Microsoft Teams automatically includes in webinar communications. This information is displayed outside of the editable email content area and is separate from the webinar message body that organizers can customize.
Microsoft currently allows webinar organizers to modify items such as the sender name, email subject, banner/logo images, and email body content. However, there is currently no documented setting in either Microsoft Teams or the Microsoft 365 admin center that allows administrators or organizers to remove, hide, or customize the organization-name line that appears above the standard Teams footer in webinar emails.
Based on the available functionality, this appears to be a built-in element of the webinar email template rather than a setting controlled through meeting invitation policies, email footer settings, or Teams admin policies.
If the organization name itself is incorrect, you may wish to verify your organization's profile information in Microsoft 365 admin center. However, if the name is correct and your goal is simply to remove or hide this line from webinar emails, there is currently no supported option to do so.
If you would like to see a feature that allows organizers or administrators to customize or remove this organization-name line, I recommend submitting your suggestion through the Microsoft Teams Feedback Portal so the product team can review the request for a future enhancement.
Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to read my response. I hope the information provided helps clarify the current behavior.
